In the past we have used the standard Lorem Ipsum but have found that it is quite boring and people always ask what the random latin words are (which we have no idea).

What is this Lorem Ipsum you are referring to?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

So to jazz it up a bit, we have started using various generators to provide fun content blocks that can be presented with comps, mockups etc (long before the marketing copy is ready). This is a great way to show your clients what it could look like with text.

For example: Chocolate soufflé wafer macaroon pie gummi bears cupcake chocolate bar lemon drops. Cookie marzipan powder croissant muffin toffee tiramisu cookie. Wafer chocolate cake tart gummies.
